Return and Exchange PolicyRETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT . Within the first ten days of receipt of product, For Ladies Only will replace any product found to be defective. The new, unused product must be returned to the main office, postage paid in it's original packaging to receive a replacement of the same product or a credit certificate. For Ladies Only will cover the cost of return shipping back to you on items returned within 10 days of receipt. Because of hostess gifts given on sales from the party, we CANNOT give cash refunds, only product replacement or a credit certificate towards a future purchase. Handling and shipping charges are not refundable. No replacement or credit will be given without a copy of the receipt.TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT for a different item within the first ten days, the new, unused product must be returned to the main office, postage paid in it's original packaging to receive an exchange. After 10 days you will need to utilize our 90 Day Product Replacement Offer. 90 Day Product Replacement Offer Any adult novelty item from the current catalog that is broken or malfunctions for any reason after the first 10 days up to 90 days after purchase, will be replaced by For Ladies Only for half the original catalog price, subject to product availability. Items not in our current catalog are not covered in this replacement offer. Return the catalog item to For Ladies Only with a copy of the receipt and $10 to cover shipping and handling. No replacement item will be issued without a copy of the receipt. Items returned through a distributor will be shipped by UPS back to the customer. No exceptions. Please enclose your name, shipping address, day phone number and your method of payment with the returning product. No personal checks please.
