DEFECTIVE PRODUCT Within the first 10 days of receipt of the product, For Ladies Only will replace any product found to be defective upon receipt. The new, unused product must be returned to the main office, postage paid in its original packaging to receive a replacement of the same product or a credit certificate. For Ladies Only will cover the cost of return shipping to you on the items returned within 10 days of receipt. Because of hostess gifts given on sales from the party, we CAN NOT give cash refunds, only product replacement or a credit certificate towards a future purchase. Handling and shipping charges are not refundable. No replacement or credit will be given without a copy of the receipt.
TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT for a different item within the first 10 days, the new, unused product must be returned to the main office, postage paid in its original packaging to receive an exchange. 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT OFFER FLO will replace any broken or damaged toy with the same or equivalent value item for 50% of the current retail price within one year of purchase. Only one replacement per year, per product. May not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Return the broken item and your purchase receipt to For Ladies Only Party, postage paid to For Ladies Only, 5521 W. 51 St. 74107. There will be an $10 return shipping charge and applicable taxes in addition to the item�s 50% discount price. Please include your shipping address and a day phone number with all returns.
PERSONAL SHIPPING! All customer orders placed at a party, and not paying for personal shipping on that order, will be delivered to the party hostess. Please refer to the shipping chart on the front of the Customer Order Form for current shipping charges.
